化疗联合顺铂腹腔热灌注治疗中晚期卵巢癌术后的疗效观察

摘要：

目的 探究化疗联合顺铂腹腔热灌注治疗中晚期卵巢癌术后的效果，为临床提供指导。方法 将我院54例中晚期卵巢 癌术后患者随机分为试验组（27 例，应用化疗联合顺铂腹腔热灌注治疗）与对照组（27 例，应用化疗）。随访3 年，比较两组患 者的疗效、生存期、生存质量评分及毒副反应发生率。结果 试验组患者的客观缓解率与生存质量评分均高于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗后，试验组患者的中位生存期与无进展生存期均长于对照组（P<0.05）。两组患者的毒副反应总发生率比较，无显著差异 （P>0.05）。结论 对中晚期卵巢癌术后患者采取化疗联合顺铂腹腔热灌注治疗效果显著，且毒副作用较小，值得推广实践。

Therapeutic effect of chemotherapy combined with cisplatin intraperitoneal hyperthermic perfusion in middle and late stage of ovarian cancer after operation

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the clinical effect of chemotherapy combined with cisplatin intraperitoneal hyperthermic perfusion in the treatment of ovarian cancer in middle and late stage after operation, and to provide clinical guidance. Methods Fifty-four patients with ovarian cancer in middle and late stage after operation were randomly divided into experimental group (n=27, treated with chemotherapy combined with cisplatin intraperitoneal hyperthermic perfusion) and control group (n=27, treated with chemotherapy). After 3 years of following-up, the curative effects, survival time, quality of life scores and the incidences of toxic and side effects were compared between the two groups. Results The objective response rate and the quality of life score of the experimental group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05); after treatment, the median survival and progression-free survival of patients in the experimental group were longer than those in the control group (P< 0.05); the total incidence of toxic and side effects between the two groups was not significantly different (P>0.05). Conclusion Chemotherapy combined with cisplatin intraperitoneal hyperthermic perfusion in patients with ovarian cancer in middle and late stage after operation has significantly effect, with less toxic and side effects, which is worthy of promotion and practice.
