活髓牙牙根纵裂的诊断和宣教预防效果分析

摘要：

目的 分析活髓牙牙根纵裂的诊断要点，为宣教预防奠定基础。方法 按照纳入、排除标准选择我院2013 年1 月至2015 年1 月收治的活髓牙牙根纵裂患者46 例为研究对象，对活髓牙牙根纵裂患者进行诊断后分析原因，并制定针对性宣教预防 措施。比较患者宣教前、后的疾病知识掌握情况与诊断、宣教满意度。结果 宣教后患者的知识总掌握率为95.7%，显著高于宣 教前的52.2%，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；宣教后患者的满意度为97.8%，高于宣教前的65.2%，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 对活髓牙牙根纵裂患者进行及时诊断，并根据诊断结果采取针对性的宣教，可提高患者的疾病知识掌握度 与满意度，促进牙齿功能更好地恢复。

Diagnosis and education prevention effect of vertical root fracture of vital teeth

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the vital points of the diagnosis of vital teeth vertical root fracture, to lay the foundation for education prevention. Methods According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, 46 patients with vertical root fracture of vital teeth treated in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2015 were selected as the research objects. After diagnosis, the causes of vertical root fracture of vital teeth were analyzed, and the targeted education preventive measures were developed. The knowledge mastery rates of disease control, diagnosis and mission satisfaction before and after mission were compared. Results The total mastery rate of knowledge of patients after mission was 95.7%, which was significantly higher than 52.2% before mission, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After mission, the satisfaction of the
patient was 97.8%, which was significantly higher than 65.2% before mission (P<0.05). Conclusion The timely diagnosis and targeted mission according to the diagnostic results in patients with vertical root fracture of vital teeth can improve the disease knowledge and satisfaction of patients, which can promote better recovery of the function of the teeth.
