经关节镜固定治疗后交叉韧带胫骨止点撕脱骨折的临床疗效观察

摘要：

目的 探讨经关节镜固定治疗后交叉韧带胫骨止点撕脱骨折的疗效。方法 回顾性分析我院2014 年1 月至2016 年12 月 收治的行后交叉韧带胫骨止点撕脱骨折治疗的80 例患者的临床资料，按照治疗方法分为观察组与对照组，每组40 例。对照组患 者接受传统的切开复位空心螺钉内固定手术，观察组患者接受经关节镜固定治疗术。比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果 观察组患者 的临床治疗总有效率高于对照组，手术时间长于对照组，术后功能活动时间与住院时间均短于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 采用经关节 镜固定术，能够提高后交叉韧带胫骨止点撕脱骨折整体治疗效果，缩短患者术后功能的活动时间与住院时间，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical effect observation on arthroscopic fixation treatment of tibial avulsion fracture of posterior cruciate ligament

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the effect of arthroscopic treatment of tibial avulsion fracture of posterior cruciate ligament. Methods The clinical date of 80 patients with tibial avulsion fracture of posterior cruciate ligament in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2016 were retrospectively analyzed and Patients were divided into observation group and control group according to different treatment methods, with 40 cases in each group. The observation group received arthroscopic fixation, while the control group accepting traditional open reduction and hollow screw internal fixation. The curative effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the operation time in the observation group was longer than that of the control group, the postoperative functional activity time and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The arthroscopic fixation can improve the overall treatment efficiency of tibial avulsion fracture of posterior cruciate ligament, shorten the postoperative functional activity time and hospital stay, which is worthy of clinical application.
