乳腺下缘切口经乳腺后间隙入路术治疗乳腺多发性纤维腺瘤的临床效果

摘要：

目的 探讨乳腺下缘切口经乳腺后间隙入路术治疗乳腺多发性纤维腺瘤的临床效果。方法 选取180 例于我院就诊的乳腺多发性纤维腺瘤患者为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组90 例。观察组患者分别给予乳腺下缘切口经乳腺后间隙入路术治疗，对照组患者给予传统手术治疗。比较两组患者的临床效果。结果 观察组的总有效率为95.6%，明显高于对照组的77.8%（P<0.05）；观察组患者术后切口瘢痕及术后乳房外观满意度评分均明显优于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组的切口感染率为2.2%，明显低于对照组的14.4%（P<0.05）。结论 采用乳腺下缘切口经乳腺后间隙入路术治疗乳腺多发性纤维腺瘤临床效果显著，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical effect of lower margin incision of mammary gland through posterior mammary space approach in the treatment

of multiple fibroadenoma of breast

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the clinical effect of lower margin incision of mammary gland through posterior mammary space approach in the treatment of multiple fibroadenoma of breast. Methods A total of 180 patients with multiple fibroadenoma of breast were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 90 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with lower margin incision of mammary gland through posterior mammary space approach, and the control group was given conventional surgery. The clinical effect were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.6%, which was higher than 77.8% of the control group (P<0.05). The scores of postoperative scar and postoperative breast appearance satisfaction of the observation group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05). The incision infection rate of the observation group was 2.2%, which was lower than 14.4% of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Lower margin incision of mammary gland through posterior mammary space approach in the treatment of multiple fibroadenoma of breast has remarkable clinical effect, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
