血站与医院输血科的感染隐患及相关预防措施的研究

摘要：

目的 对血站和医院输血科存在的感染隐患进行分析，并制定行之有效的管理方案进行应对管理，以预防、控制医院血 源性感染的发生。方法 调查医院输血科和血站的感染隐患，后根据相关问题给出相应的预防措施。结果 血站与医院输血科 存在诸多的薄弱环节，如管理体系不完善、工作区域布局不合理、相关人员生物安全认知意识模糊、医疗废弃物处理不当等。通过一系列的预防管理措施，如健全完善规章制度、强化生物安全管理、完善配备、改善输血科环境、严格筛查血源、建立和 完善血站及输血科人员健康档案等，可以有效预防血源性医院感染等不良事件的发生。结论 重点监控血站与医院输血科的 血液管理，建立和完善规章制度，可以预防血源性医院感染，最大程度上保证受血者和医护人员的生命健康。

Study on the hidden dangers of infection in blood transfusion department of hospital and blood bank and related preventive measures

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the hidden dangers of infection in blood transfusion department of hospital and blood bank, and set up effective management plan to deal with the infection in order to prevent and control the occurrence of hematogenous infection in hospital. Methods The infection risks of blood transfusion department of hospital and blood bank were investigated, and the corresponding preventive measures were given according to the related problems. Results Blood bank and blood transfusion department of hospital had many weak links, such as the imperfect management system, the work area layout was not reasonable, relevant personnel of biological safety awareness was fuzzy, medical improper waste disposal and so on. Through a series of prevention and management, such as perfecting rules and regulations, strengthening the bio -safety management, perfecting equipment, improving the environment of blood transfusion department, strictly screening of blood sources, screening of blood, establishing and improving the blood transfusion department personnel, health records could effectively prevent the occurrence of hematogenous infection and other adverse events in hospital. Conclusion The key point is to monitor the blood management of blood bank and blood transfusion department and to establish and improve the rules and regulations can prevent hematogenous infection, ensure the life and health of the recipient and the medical staff, and reduce the medical disputes.
