围术期针对性护理对腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术患者手术效果的影响研究

摘要：

目的 探究围术期针对性护理对腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术患者手术效果的影响。方法 选择我院2013年6月至2015年7月收治的50例行腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术患者为研究对象，将其随机分为对照组与观察组，各25 例。对照组围术期给予常规护理，观察组围术期进行针对性护理。对比两组患者的手术时间、术后排气时间、下床活动时间、住院时间、生活质量及 术后并发症发生情况。结果 观察组患者的手术时间、术后排气时间、下床活动时间、住院时间分别为（82.75±9.14）min、（12.35±2.19）h、（10.61±3.08）h、（6.01±1.24）d，均短于对照组的（90.33±9.68）min、（15.73±3.37）h、（15.33±4.23）h、（8.35±1.31） d，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组患者的各项生活质量评分高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组患者的术后并发症总发生率低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 围手术期针对性护理应用于腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术患者的效果显著。

Effect of perioperative targeted nursing on laparoscopic surgery in patients with ovarian cyst removal

ABSTRACT: Objective To observe the effect of perioperative targeted nursing in patients with laparoscopic ovarian cyst removal surgery. Methods Fifty cases of patients with laparoscopic ovarian cyst removal surgery in our hospital from June 2013 to July 2015 were selected as the study subjects, and randomly divided into control group (25 cases) and observation group (25 cases). The control group was given perioperative routine nursing, while the observation group was given perioperative targeted nursing. The operating time, postoperative exhaust time, time of get out of bed, hospital stay, quality of life and postoperative complications in the two groups were compared. Results The operating time, postoperative exhaust time, time of get out of bed, hospital stay in the observation group were respectively (82.75±9.14) min, (12.35±2.19) h, (10.61±3.08) h, (6.01±1.24) d, which were shorter than (90.33±9.68) min, (15.73±3.37) h, (15.33±4.23) h, (8.35±1.31) d of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The scores of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Perioperative targeted nursing in patients with laparoscopic ovarian cyst removal surgery has a positive effect.
