临床护理路径在骨科住院患者护理管理中的应用效果

摘要：
目的 探讨临床护理路径在骨科住院患者护理管理中的应用效果。方法 收集我院2015年10月至2016年10月收治的骨科手术患者160例作为研究对象，将患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组80例。对照组患者给予常规护理模式，观察组患者给予临床护理路径。比较两组患者疾病相关知识知晓程度、住院时间、并发症的发生情况及护理满意度。结果 观察组患者 的疾病相关知识知晓率与护理满意度明显高于对照组，并发症发生率明显低于对照组，住院时间明显短于对照组，差异均有 统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 临床护理路径运用于骨科患者护理提高了患者疾病相关知识知晓率和护理满意度，缩短了住院 时间，降低了并发症发生率，该护理模式可在临床推广使用。

Application effect of clinical nursing pathway in the nursing management of orthopedic hospitalized patients

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the application effect of clinical nursing pathway in the nursing management of orthopedic hospitalized patients. Methods From October 2015 to October 2016, 160 cases of patients in orthopedic department treated in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 80 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given clinical nursing pathway. The degree of disease related knowledge, hospitalization time, incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The awareness rate of disease related knowledge, nursing satisfaction in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, the incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, the hospitalization time in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Clinical nursing pathway applied in patients of orthopedic department can improve the patients`` awareness of disease related knowledge, improve the nursing satisfaction, shorten the hospitalization time, reduce the incidence of complications, the nursing model can be widely used in clinic.
