改进健康教育方式对脑卒中患者的效果研究

摘要：
目的 探讨改进健康教育方式对脑卒中患者的临床效果。方法 选取2015年10月9日至2016年3月10日收治的脑卒 中患者800 例，按照护理方式的不同分为对照组（400 例）和观察组（400 例），分别给予常规护理和改进健康教育方式护理。 观察两组患者的护理效果。结果 护理后，两组患者对脑卒中相关知识知晓率、自我管理行为实施率，焦虑、生活能力及生活满意度评分均优于护理前，且观察组优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 应用改进健康教育方式能有效地提高脑卒中患者的认知水 平以及自我管理能力。

Effect study of improved health education method in patients with cerebral stroke

ABSTRACT: Objective To observe the clinical effect of improved health education method in patients with cerebral stroke. Methods From October 10, 2015 to March 10, 2015, 800 patients with cerebral stroke treated in our hospital were enrolled and divided into control group (400 cases) and observation group (400 cases) according to different nursing methods, and received conventional nursing and improved health education respectively. The treatment effects were observed between the two groups. Results After nursing, the awareness rate of stroke-related knowledge, self-management behavior implementation rate, anxiety, life skills and life satisfaction scores of both groups were better than those before nursing, and those of the observation group were better than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Improved health education method can effectively improve the cerebral stroke patients`` cognitive level and self-management ability.
