机采血小板献血不良反应的预防和处理方法

摘要：

目的 分析机采血小板的献血人员出现各种不良反应的原因，并且探讨预防以及处理的措施，以提升献血安全性。方法 从2013年7月至2016年7月在我市市区内5 台献血车以及5 座献血站当中献血的人员中随机选取410名献血者，计算不 良反应发生率，分析其中出现不良反应症状的原因，并总结预防和处理的措施。结果 在410名献血者中，不良反应发生率为 4.39%，导致献血者出现面色苍白、胸闷、头晕、恶心及血压下降等不良反应症状的成因包括心理因素以及献血者个人体质因 素等方面，行以适当的预防和处理措施基本上都能够康复。结论 对于机采血小板献血人员来说，创建良好的献血环境，辅以适当的心理干预，能够有效预防不良反应；如果不良反应已经发生，行以及时有效的处理也能够将影响控制在最低。

Prevention and treatment measures of adverse reactions in apheresis platelet donation

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the reasons for the adverse reactions of the blood donors in apheresis platelet, and explore prevention and treatment measures aimed at improving blood donation safety. Methods Four hundred and ten blood donors were selected randomly among the five blood donation vehicles and five blood donation stations in the urban area from July 2013 to July 2016, the incidence of adverse reactions was calculated, the reasons for the occurrence of adverse reactions were analyzed, and the prevention and treatment measures were summarized. Results Among the 410 blood donors, the incidence rate of adverse reactions was 4.39%. The causes of adverse reactions such as paleness, chest tightness, dizziness, nausea and blood pressure drop and other adverse symptoms in blood donors included psychological factors and personal physical factors, etc. Appropriate prevention and treatment measures were conductive to recovery. Conclusion It is necessary to establish good blood donation environment and supplement with appropriate psychological intervention to prevent adverse reactions for apheresis platelet donors. If the adverse reaction has occurred, the effective treatment can also control the effect at the lowest level.
