神经内镜在脑脊液鼻漏手术中的治疗体会

摘要：

目的 讨论神经内镜在脑脊液鼻漏手术中的治疗体会。方法 选取我院救治的脑脊液鼻漏患者82 例为研究对象，按随 机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，每组41 例。观察组在神经内镜下实行脑脊液鼻漏修补手术，对照组实施持续腰大池置管 引流。比较两组患者的治疗效果及并发症发生情况。结果 观察组患者治疗成功率为100.00%，显著高于对照组的85.37%，差异 具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组患者术后并发症的发生率为4.88%，明显低于对照组的19.51%，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 患有脑脊液鼻漏的患者使用神经内镜下手术医治，方便快捷，效果良好且患者术后并发症少，具有重要的临床价值。

Treatment experience of cerebrospinal fluid rhinorrhea by neuroendoscopy

ABSTRACT: Objective To discuss the treatment experience of cerebrospinal fluid rhinorrhea by neuroendoscopy. Methods A total of 82 cases of patients with cerebrospinal fluid rhinorrhea were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 41 cases in each group. The observation group was given repair operation of cerebrospinal fluid rhinorrhea under the neuroendoscopy, and the control group was given continuous lumbar pool catheter drainage. The therapeutic effect and incidence of the complications were compared between the two groups. Results The treatment success rate in the observation group was 100.00%, which was obviously higher than 85.37% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 4.88%, which was obviously lower than 19.51% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The neuroendoscopic surgery in patients with cerebrospinal fluid rhinorrhea is convenient and rapid, which has good effective, less postoperative complications and significant clinical value.
