可调式髌骨爪联合可吸收线与克氏针钢丝张力带修复粉碎性髌骨骨折的效果比较

摘要：

目的 比较切开复位可调式髌骨爪联合可吸收线与克氏针钢丝张力带修复粉碎性髌骨骨折的临床效果。方法 选取我院2010年2月至2016年11月收治的120例粉碎性髌骨骨折患者，随机分为研究组和对照组，各60例。研究组采用切开复位可调式髌骨爪联合可吸收线固定，对照组采用切开复位克氏针钢丝张力带固定。对比两组患者的手术时间、切口长度、骨折愈 合时间、并发症发生情况及治疗后膝关节功能。结果 两组患者切口长度、手术时间比较，差异无显著性（P>0.05）；研究组患者的 骨折愈合时间、并发症发生率及治疗后膝关节功能优良率明显优于对照组，差异显著（P<0.05）。结论 可调式髌骨爪联合可吸收 线固定修复髌骨粉碎性骨折具有骨折愈合时间短、治疗后并发症少、膝关节功能恢复好等优点，值得临床推广应用。

Effect comparison of adjustable patellar claw combined with absorbable line and kirschner``s nails wire tension band in repairing comminuted patellar fracture

ABSTRACT: Objective To compare the clinical effect of open reduction by adjustable patella claw with absorption line and kirschner``s nails wire tension band in the repair of comminuted patellar fractures. Methods From February 2010 to November 2016, 120 patients of comminuted patellar fractures treated in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into research group and control group, each group of 60 cases. The research group was given open reduction by adjustable patella claw with absorption line, the control group was given open reduction by kirschner``s nails wire tension band. The operation time, incision length, fracture healing time, complications and the function of knee joint after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results There were no significant differences in the incision length and operation time between the two groups (P>0.05); the fracture healing time, complications incidence rate and knee function after treatment in the research group were significantly better than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The adjustable patella claw with absorption line in open reduction of comminuted patella fracture has a advantages of short fracture healing time, fewer complications, the knee joint function recovered well, and it is worth popularizing in clinical application.
