认知行为疗法结合电针治疗网络游戏成瘾的临床效果

摘要：

目的 探讨认知行为疗法结合电针治疗网络游戏成瘾（IGD）的临床效果。方法 将我院收治的64 例IGD 患者按照治疗 方法分为三组，给予认知行为疗法的20 例为对照组1，给予电针疗法的23 例为对照组2，给予认知行为疗法结合电针疗法 的21 例为研究组。比较三组患者治疗前、后的焦虑自评量表（SAS）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）、视觉类比量表（VAS）、Barratt 冲动 性量表（BIS-11）、网络游戏成瘾自评量表（IGD）评分及临床效果。结果 治疗后，三组患者的SAS、SDS、VAS、BIS-11 及IGD 评 分均优于治疗前，且研究组明显优于对照组1 和对照组2（P<0.05）。治疗后，研究组患者的IGD 评分最低，对照组2 患者的 IGD 评分最高。研究组治疗的总有效率为80.95%，明显高于对照组2 的47.83%（P<0.05）。结论 认知行为疗法结合电针治疗 IGD 的临床效果显著，可显著改善患者的临床症状，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical effect of cognitive behavior therapy combined with electro-acupuncture in the treatment of internet gaming disorder

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the clinical effect of cognitive behavior therapy combined with electro-acupuncture in the treatment of internet gaming disorder (IGD). Methods Sixty-four IGD patients were divided into three groups according to treatment methods, 20 patients who were given cognitive behavior therapy were selected as the control group 1, 23 patients who were treated with electro-acupuncture were collected as the group 2, and 21 patients who received cognitive behavior therapy combined with electro-acupuncture were enrolled as the study group. The self-rating rating scale (SAS), self-rating depression scale (SDS), visual analogue scale (VAS), barratt impulse scale chinese revision (BIS-11) and internet gaming disorder self-rating scale (IGD) scores before and after treatment and clinical effects were compared among the three groups. Results After treatment, the SAS, SDS, VAS, BIS-11 and IGD scores of the three groups were better than those before treatment, and those of the study group were better than the control group 1 and control group 2 (P<0.05). After treatment, the IGD score of the study group was the lowest, and that of the control group 2 was the highest. The total effective rate of the study group was 80.95%, which was higher than 47.83% of the control group 2 (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of cognitive behavior therapy combined with electro-acupuncture in the treatment of IGD is remarkable, it can significantly improve the clinical effect of the patients, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
