综合康复护理对消化性溃疡患者心理状态和生活质量的影响

摘要：
目的 研究综合康复护理对消化性溃疡患者心理状态和生活质量的影响。方法 将我院2013年1月至2016年12月收治的100例消化性溃疡患者作为研究对象，随机分为观察组与对照组，每组50 例。对照组给予常规护理措施，观察组给予综 合康复护理措施，比较两组患者的抑郁自评量表评分、焦虑自评量表评分以及生活质量评分。结果 经过护理干预，两组的抑 郁自评量表和焦虑自评量表评分均明显降低（P<0.05），且观察组的评分明显低于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组的躯体功能、角色 功能、情绪功能及社会功能评分均明显高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 综合康复护理在消化性溃疡患者的护理中具有较为显著 的临床应用效果，可以有效改善患者的心理状态和生活质量。

Effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing on psychological state and quality of life in patients with peptic ulcer

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing on psychological state and quality of life in patients with peptic ulcer. Methods One hundred cases of patients with peptic ulcer in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2016 were enrolled and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing intervention, and the observation group received comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention. The depression scale, anxiety scale and quality of life scores were compared between both groups. Results After nursing intervention, the depression scale and anxiety scale scores significantly decreased (P<0.05), and those scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). The observation group``s physical function, role function, emotional function and social function scores were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation nursing has a significant clinical effect patients with peptic ulcer, it can effectively improve the patients`` psychological state and quality of life.
