综合护理干预对急性脑梗死患者护理效果及生活质量的影响

摘要：
目的 探讨综合护理干预对急性脑梗死患者护理效果及生活质量的影响。方法 选择我院2015年2月至2016年12月收治入院的急性脑梗死患者88 例，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组44例，对照组患者给予基础护理，观察组患者实施综合 护理干预，比较两组患者的护理效果及护理前、后的生活质量。结果 观察组患者的护理总有效率为93.18%，高于对照组的 68.18%（P<0.05）。护理后，两组患者躯体功能、社会功能、角色功能、认知功能评分均高于护理前，且观察组各项评分明显高 于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 对急性脑梗死患者实施综合护理干预能够有效提高患者生活质量，具有很好的临床疗效，值得推 广应用。

Influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on the nursing effect and life quality in patients with acute cerebral infarction

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on the nursing effect and life quality in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods From February 2015 to December 2016, 88 patients with acute cerebral infarction in our hospital were hospitalized and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 44 cases in each group, patients in the control group were given the basic nursing, patients in the observation group received comprehensive nursing, the nursing effect and life quality scores in the two groups before and after nursing were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.18%, which was higher than 68.18% of the control group (P<0.05). After nursing, the somatic function, social function, role function and cognitive function scores of the two groups were higher than those before nursing, and those of the observation group were higher than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve the patients`` quality of life, and has obvious clinical curative effect in patients with acute cerebral infarction, which is worthy of popularization and application.
