高频彩色多普勒超声检查中应用BI-RADS分级诊断标准对乳腺疾病的诊断价值

摘要:

目的 探讨高频彩色多普勒超声检查中应用BI-RADS 分级诊断标准诊断乳腺疾病的价值。方法 回顾性分析我院2015年2月至2017年2月收治并实施手术治疗的426例乳腺疾病患者资料,均在术前对患者乳房部位做高频彩色多普勒超声 检查,并结合BI-RADS 分级标准进行评估诊断。结果 BI-RADS 3~5级患者的病灶回声、钙化、边界、血流RI、血管分布、边缘、周围组织的超声影像学特征比较,差异显著(P<0.05)。BI-RADS 3 级患者多属于良性病变(83.33%),BI-RADS 4级患者 多属于恶性病变(89.65%),BI-RADS 5 级患者均为恶性病变(100.00%)。对乳腺癌的诊断灵敏度为92.73%,阳性预测值 为94.44%,检测特异度为86.96%。结论 BI-RADS 分级诊断标准用于全面地评估诊断乳腺疾病,能够减少主观判断的影响,提升乳腺疾病的诊断准确率。

    Diagnostic value of high-frequency color Doppler ultrasonography with BI-RADS classification diagnoses criteria for breast diseases

    ABSTRACT: Objective To study the diagnostic value of high-frequency color Doppler ultrasonography with BI-RADS classification diagnoses criteria for breast diseases. Methods From February 2015 to February 2017, the data of 426 patients with breast disease admitted in our hospital was retrospectively analyzed. The breast areas of all the patients were detected by high -frequency color Doppler ultrasonography and the results were evaluated and diagnosed by BI -RADS classification diagnoses criteria. Results There were significant differences in the characteristics of ultrasound imaging of the echo, calcification, boundary, blood RI, blood vessel distribution, margin and surrounding tissues among the patients of BI-RADS grade 3~5 (P<0.05). Among the patients of BI-RADS grade 3, 83.33% were benign lesions, among the patients of BI-RADS grade 4, 89.65% were malignant lesions, among the patients of BI-RADS grade 5, 100.00% were malignant lesions. The diagnosis of breast cancer sensitivity was 92.7%, the positive predictive value was 92.59% , the detection specificity was 86.96%. Conclusion BI-RADS classification diagnoses criteria applied for the assessment and diagnosis for breast disease can reduce the influence of subjective judgment and promote the diagnostic accuracy rate of breast disease.
