补益强心片治疗慢性心力衰竭的疗效分析

摘要：

目的 分析补益强心片治疗慢性心力衰竭的疗效。方法 选取我院2016年1月19日至2017年2月1日收治的140例慢性心力衰竭患者，将其随机分为对照组和观察组，各70例。对照组患者实施西药治疗，观察组患者实施补益强心片治疗。 比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果 治疗后，两组患者的生活质量评分及左室射血分数均升高，且观察组高于对照组（P<0.05）； 观察组不良反应总发生率为4.29%，低于对照组的15.71%（P<0.05）；观察组治疗总有效率为94.29%，优于对照组的74.29%（P<0.05）。结论 补益强心片治疗慢性心力衰竭具有较显著的治疗效果，安全性高，能促进患者尽快康复。

Therapeutic effect analysis of Buyi Qiangxin tablet on chronic heart failure

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of Buyi Qiangxin tablet on chronic heart failure. Methods A total of 140 patients with chronic heart failure in our hospital from January 19, 2016 to February 1, 2017 were enrolled in the study and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 70 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with western medicine, while patients in the observation group were treated with Buyi Qiangxin tablet. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results After treatment, the quality of life scores and left ventricular ejection fraction in the two groups increased, and those of the observation group were higher than the control group (P<0.05). The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 4.29%, which was lower than 15.71% in the control group (P<0.05). The total effective rate in the observation group was 94.29%, which was significantly higher than 74.29% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Buyi Qiangxin tablet in the treatment of chronic heart failure has significant therapeutic effect, with high safety, which can promote the recovery of patients as soon as possible.
