Lamaze 减痛分娩法搭配分娩球护理对产妇分娩结局及心理的影响

摘要：

目的 探讨分娩球护理联合Lamaze 减痛分娩法对产妇临床分娩结局及心理的效果。方法 选取于我院进行分娩的120 例产妇作为研究对象，随机分为对照组与观察组，每组60 例。对照组行分娩球护理，观察组在对照组的基础上给予Lamaze 减痛分娩法护理。比较两组产妇的分娩结局及焦虑、抑郁情绪、疼痛情况。结果 观察组不良分娩结局总发生率显著低于对照 组（P<0.05）；护理前，两组产妇SAS、SDS 评分比较，差异不显著（P>0.05）；护理后，两组产妇SAS、SDS 评分均有效改善，且观 察组明显优于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组产妇疼痛程度明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 分娩球搭配Lamaze 减痛分娩法护理应 用于产妇的临床护理中可有效改善分娩结局，缓解产妇心理应激。

Influence of delivery ball nursing combined with Lamaze pain-reducing delivery on clinical delivery outcomes

and maternal psychology

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the effect of delivery ball nursing combined with Lamaze pain -reducing delivery on clinical delivery outcomes and maternal psychology. Methods A total of 120 maternals in our hospital were selected as the study objects, and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 60 cases in each group. The control group was given delivery ball nursing, and the observation group was given Lamaze pain-reducing delivery method on the basis of the control group. Outcome of delivery, improvement of anxiety and depression, pain degree were compared between the two groups. Results The total incidence rate of adverse childbirth outcomes in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Before nursing, there was no significant difference in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups (P>0.05); after treatment, the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups significantly improved, and those of the observation group was significantly better than the control group (P<0.05). The pain degree in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Delivery ball nursing combined with Lamaze pain-reducing delivery in maternal clinical nursing can effectively improve the outcome of delivery, relieve maternal psychological stress.
