优质护理服务对外科ICU 实施人性化管理的支持

摘要:

目的 探究优质护理服务对外科ICU 实施人性化管理的支持与影响。方法 选取2014年1月至2014年12月我院肝胆外科ICU收治的114 例实施临床传统护理模式患者为对照组,2015年1月至2015年12月收治的115例进行优质护理服务 患者为观察组。比较两组患者的临床护理质量水平及患者住院满意度。结果 观察组临床基础护理质量、病房管理质量、护理 文件书写质量及护理综合质量评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者住院满意度的各项内容(护理操作、情感支持、住院环境、规章制度)评分及总分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 优质护理服务能够为外科ICU在实施人性化管理上提供一 定支持,提高临床护理质量与工作效率,改善患者住院满意度,顺应社会发展的需求,值得在外科ICU 中深入推广。

    Sustaining of high-quality care service on the human-based management of surgical ICU

    ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the effect and influence of high-quality nursing service on human-based management of surgical ICU. Methods A total of 229 patients in the hepatological surgery department of the first affiliated hospital of Xi``an Jiaotong University were enrolled in this study. One hundred and fourteen patients who underwent traditional care mode from January 2014 to December 2014 in our hospital were enrolled as control group, and 115 patients who underwent high-quality nursing service From January 2015 to December 2015 were enrolled as the observation group. The quality of clinical care and hospitalization satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The quality of clinical basic nursing, ward management quality, nursing document writing quality and nursing comprehensive quality score in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The content scores of hospitalization satisfaction (nursing operation, emotional support, hospital environment, rules and regulations) and the total score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion High-quality nursing service can provide help on the human-based management of surgical ICU, which can improve the nursing quality, working efficiency and patients`` hospitalization satisfaction, conform the needs of social development, and is worthy of promotion in surgical ICU.
