疏肝康脾汤联合奥美拉唑治疗胃溃疡患者的疗效观察

摘要：

目的 探讨疏肝康脾汤联合奥美拉唑治疗胃溃疡的临床效果。方法 选择我院收治的50 例胃溃疡患者作为本次研究对 象，将其随机分为对照组和观察组，各25 例。对照组采用奥美拉唑治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上加用疏肝康脾汤治疗，比 较两组治疗效果。结果 对照组和观察组治疗总有效率分别为76.00%和96.00%，差异有统计学意义（P=0.042）。对照组和观 察组不良反应总发生率分别为20.00%和24.00%，组间比较，差异无统计学意义（P=0.733）。对照组和观察组胃溃疡复发率分 别为16.00%和0.00%，组间差异有统计学意义（P=0.037）。结论 胃溃疡患者采用疏肝康脾汤联合奥美拉唑治疗效果显著，安 全性高，值得在临床中推广应用。

Curative effect observation of Shugan Kangpi decoction combined with omeprazole in treatment of patients with gastric ulcer

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Shugan Kangpi decoction combined with omeprazole in the treatment of gastric ulcer. Methods Fifty patients with gastric ulcer in our hospital were selected as the research objects, the patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 25 cases in each group. The control group was treated with omeprazole therapy, while the observation group was treated with Shugan Kangpi decoction on the basis of the control group. The treatment effects were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rates of the control group and the observation group were 76.00% and 96.00% respectively, the difference was statistically significant (P=0.042). The total incidences of adverse reactions were 20.00% and 24.00% respectively, there was no significant difference between the two groups (P=0.733). The gastric ulcer recurrence rates in the control group and the observation group were 16.00% and 0.00% respectively, the difference was statistically significant (P=0.037). Conclusion Shugan Kangpi decoction combined with omeprazole in the treatment of gastric ulcer has remarkable treatment effect, with high
safety, which is worthy of clinical application.
