降低肺动脉压联合无创辅助通气治疗肺心病的疗效分析

摘要:

目的 探讨降低肺动脉压联合无创辅助通气治疗肺心病的疗效。方法 抽取我院2010年1月至2015年12月收治的肺心病患者36 例为研究对象,按照入院顺序将其分为对照组与联合组,各18 例。对照组采用降低肺动脉压治疗,联合组在对 照组的基础上采用无创辅助通气治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果 治疗前,两组PAP、LVEF、CO 水平比较,差异均无统计学 意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组PAP、LVEF、CO水平均优于治疗前,且联合组优于对照组(P<0.05)。联合组的治疗总有效率明显 高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 降低肺动脉压联合无创辅助通气治疗肺心病疗效确切,值得推广。

    Effect analysis of lower pulmonary artery pressure combined with noninvasive adjuvant ventilation therapy on

    pulmonary heart disease

    ABSTRACT: Objective To discuss the effect of lower pulmonary artery pressure combined with noninvasive adjuvant ventilation therapy on pulmonary heart disease. Methods A total of 36 patients with pulmonary heart disease in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2015 were enrolled in this study, and divided into the control group and the combined group, with 18 cases in each group. The control group was treated with lower pulmonary artery pressure, while the combined group was treated with noninvasive adjuvant ventilation therapy on the basis of the control group. The treatment effects in the two groups were compared. Results Before trement, there were no differences in the levels of PAP, LVEF and CO between the two groups (P>0.05). After treatment, the levels of PAP, LVEF and CO in the two groups were better than those before treatment, and those of the combined group were better than the control group (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the combined group was obviously higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The lower pulmonary artery pressure combined with noninvasive adjuvant ventilation therapy on pulmonary heart disease has remarkable effect, which is worthy of promotion.
