急性脑梗死患者血清MMP-9水平与认知功能障碍的相关性分析

摘要：

目的 分析急性脑梗死患者血清MMP-9 水平与认知障碍的相关性。方法 以60 例急性脑梗死合并认知障碍者为观察组，选取同期入院的30例急性脑梗死未合并认知障碍者为对照组。比较两组血清MMP-9 水平，血压及NIHSS、MMSE、ADL评分，并分析NIHSS、MMSE、ADL评分与MMP-9水平相关性。结果 观察组血清MMP-9 水平显著高于对照组，差异有统计学 意义（P<0.01）。观察组MMSE评分、ADL评分显著低于对照组（P<0.05）。MMSE、ADL评分与MMP-9水平呈负相关，差异有统 计学意义（P<0.01）。结论 急性脑梗死患者血清MMP-9 水平与认知障碍密切相关，监测MMP-9水平有利于了解患者认知功能、生活质量改善情况，值得临床推广应用。

Correlation analysis between the level of serum MMP-9 and cognitive impairment in patients with acute cerebral infarction

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the correlation between the level of serum MMP-9 and cognitive in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods Sixty patients of acute cerebral infarction with cognitive impairment were selected as the observation group, 30 cases of acute cerebral infarction without cognitive impairment were selected as the control group. The level of serum MMP -9, NIHSS, MMSE, ADL scores between the two groups were compared, the correlation of NIHSS, MMSE, ADL scores and the level of MMP-9 were analyzed. Results The level of serum MMP-9 in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.01). The MMSE and ADL scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). The MMSE and ADL scores were negatively correlated with the level of MMP-9, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.01). Conclusion The level of serum MMP-9 in patients with acute cerebral infarction is closely related to cognitive impairment. The monitoring of MMP-9 level is helpful to understand the cognitive function and improvement of quality of life. It is worthy of clinical application.
