胡椒碱联合硝苯地平对家兔血压的影响

摘要：

目的 探讨硝苯地平联合胡椒碱对家兔血压的影响。方法 选取1.8~2.3 kg家兔40只，随机分成正常血压组、高血压模 型组、硝苯地平组、胡椒碱组和胡椒碱联合硝苯地平组。正常血压组家兔不做处理，其余组家兔连续4 周腹腔注射左旋硝基 精氨酸（L-NNA）制备高血压模型。造模成功后，正常血压组和高血压模型组给予生理盐水灌胃，硝苯地平组给予10 mg/kg 硝苯地平灌胃，胡椒碱组给予40 mg/kg 胡椒碱灌胃，胡椒碱联合硝苯地平组给予10 mg/kg 硝苯地平+20 mg/kg 胡椒碱灌胃，连续灌胃4周，分析比较五组家兔的血压变化。结果 高血压模型组家兔血压显著高于正常血压组家兔，差异有统计学意义 （P<0.05）；胡椒碱联合硝苯地平组家兔血压显著低于高血压模型组家兔，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；硝苯地平组和胡椒碱 组家兔血压略低于高血压模型组家兔，差异不具有统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 胡椒碱联合硝苯地平对高血压模型家兔降压 效果优于单独使用硝苯地平。

Effect of piperine combined with nifedipine on blood pressure of rabbits

ABSTRACT: Objective To study the clinical effect of piperine combined with nifedipine on the blood pressure of modeling hypertension rabbits. Methods Forty rabbits with weight of 1.8-2.3 kg were selected and randomly divided into normal blood pressure group, hypertension model group, nifedipine group, piperine group and piperine combined with nifedipine group. Rabbits in the normal blood pressure group were given nothing, and the rest of the groups were given intraperitoneal injection of sinistral nitro arginine for 4 weeks (L-NNA) to make the hypertension model of rabbits. After molding, the normal blood pressure group and hypertension model group were given normal saline to fill the stomach. The nifedipine group was given 10 mg/kg nifedipine, the piperine group was given 40 mg/kg piperine and the piperine, combined with nifedipine group was given 10 mg/kg nifedipine and 20 mg/kg piperine to fill the stomach. After four weeks, the blood pressure of rabbits were analyzed and compared among the five groups. Results The blood pressure of rabbits in the hypertension model group were significantly higher than that in the normal blood pressure group (P<0.05). The blood pressure of rabbits in the piperine combined with nifedipine group was significantly lower than that in the hypertension model group, but the differences were not significant (P<0.05). The blood pressure in nifedipine group and piperine group were slightly lower than that in the hypertension model group (P>0.05). Conclusion Compared with using nifedipine alone, piperine combined with nifedipine has better antihypertensive effect on the blood pressure of modeling hypertension rabbits.
