某院门诊处方分析及探讨

摘要：

目的 通过分析2016年咸阳市中心医院的门诊处方，找出处方存在的问题并阐明原因，给出合理建议，以提高医院的处方质量，促进患者合理用药。方法 随机抽取我院门诊西药房2016年11 903张处方作为研究样本进行数理统计，分析处方 存在的问题。结果 样本中不合理处方有154张，占处方总数的1.29%，其中不规范处方97张（62.99%），不适宜处方39 张（25.32%），超常处方18张（11.69%）。结论 我院处方合格率为98.71%，已达到国家标准，但仍存在一些问题，需进一步加强 学习和管理，以保证患者安全、合理用药。

Analysis and discussion of outpatient prescriptions in a hospital

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the outpatient prescriptions in Xianyang Central Hospital in 2016, and find out the problems, clarify the reasons and further give some suggestions, so as to improve the quality of hospital prescriptions and promote rational drug use. Methods A random sample of 11 903 prescriptions in outpatient pharmacy of our hospital in 2016 was selected as a sample to carry out mathematical statistics classification. Results There were 154 irrational prescriptions in the sample, accounting for about 1.29% of the total number of prescriptions, of which, 97 cases (62.99% ) of non -standardized prescriptions, 39 cases (25.33%) of un-suitable prescriptions, and 18 cases (11.69%) of abnormal prescriptions. Conclusion The qualified rate of prescriptions in our hospital was 98.71%, which had reached the national standard, but there were still some problems, which need to be further strengthened in order to ensure the safty and rational use of drugs.
