综合性护理对轮状病毒肠炎患儿症状改善及家属疾病认知的影响

摘要：
目的 探讨综合性护理对轮状病毒肠炎患儿症状改善及家属疾病认知的影响。方法 选择我院收治的166 例轮状病毒肠炎 患儿作为研究对象，随机分为观察组与对照组，各83 例。对照组患者采用常规护理，观察组患者采用综合性护理。比较两组 患儿症状消退时间、临床效果及患儿家长对疾病的认知情况。结果 观察组患儿退热时间、止吐时间、止泻时间及住院时间明 显短于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组治疗总有效率为95.18%，明显高于对照组的77.11%（P<0.05）；护理后，两组患儿家长的疾病 认知评分明显优于护理前，且观察组明显优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 轮状病毒肠炎患儿采用综合性护理临床效果确切，能快 速改善患儿临床症状，缩短治疗时间，同时有利于提高患儿家长对疾病的认识情况，值得临床广泛应用，

Effect of comprehensive nursing on improvement of symptom and parents`` illness cognition degree in children
with rotavirus enteritis

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing on improvement of symptom and parents`` degree of illness cognition in children with rotavirus enteritis. Methods A total of 166 children with rotavirus enteritis treated in our hospital from February 2015 to February 2017 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 83 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing. The disappearance time of symptoms, curative effects and parents`` illness cognition degree were compared between the two groups. Results The cooling time, antiemetic time, antidiarrheal time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.18%, which was higher than 77.11% of the control group (P<0.05). After nursing, the parents``illness cognition scores of the two groups were better than those before nursing, and the observation group was better than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for children with rotavirus enteritis has definite
clinical effects, it can quickly improve the clinical symptoms, shorten curative time and increase illness cognition of the parents, which is worthy of wide clinical application.
