中医辨证联合穴位埋线治疗单纯性肥胖症的临床疗效

摘要：

目的 探讨中医辨证联合穴位埋线治疗单纯性肥胖症的临床治疗效果。方法 以我院针灸科2014 年1 月至2016 年3 月收治的98 例单纯性肥胖症患者作为研究对象，按照中医辨证分成5 型，所有患者采用穴位埋线进行治疗，主穴都取梁门、 中脘、天枢、气海及丰隆，按照不同的分型选择配穴，1 次/周，连续治疗4 周为一个疗程。2 个疗程后，记录患者的体重指数变 化情况。结果 临床总有效率由高到低依次为胃热湿阻型（90.91%），脾虚湿阻型（84.00%），脾肾两虚型（64.71%），肝郁气滞型（47.37%）和阴虚内热型（40.00%），不同证型的疗效比较差异显著（P<0.05）。结论 中医辨证联合穴位埋线治疗单纯性肥胖症 可有效改善患者的临床症状，降低体重、BMI，其中胃热湿阻型患者临床效果最为显著，而阴虚内热型疗效较差。

The effect of Chinese medicine dialectical combined with acupoint catgut embedding therapy in patients

with simple obesity

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the effect of Chinese medicine dialectical combined with acupoint catgut embedding therapy in patients with simple obesity. Methods A total of 98 patients with simple obesity treated in our hospital from January 2014 to March 2016 were selected as study objects. All the patients were divided into 5 types according to Chinese medicine dialectical, and all the patients received acupoint catgut embedding therapy. Liangmen, Zhongwan, Tianshu, Qihai, Fenglong were selected as the main points, and adjunct points were selected according to different types. All the patients were treated one time a week. Four times of treatment was a course of treatment. The body mass indexes were recorded in each group after 2 courses of treatment. Results The total effective rates from high to low were type of stomach-heat and damp obstruction (90.91%), type of insufficiency of the spleen and damp obstruction (84.00%), type of deficiency of spleen and kidney (64.71%), type of stagnation of Qi due to depression of the liver (47.37%), Yin asthenia generating intrinsic heat (40.00%), and there were significant differences among different types (P<0.05). Conclusion Acupoint catgut embedding therapy combined with Chinese medicine dialectical can effectively improve symptoms, reduce the body weight and BMI of patients with simple obesity. The clinical effect of stomach-heat and damp obstruction type is most remarkable, and Yin asthenia generating intrinsic heat type has a poor curative effect.
