吸入糖皮质激素联合氨茶碱治疗支气管哮喘的临床效果

摘要：

目的 探讨吸入糖皮质激素联合氨茶碱治疗对支气管哮喘的临床效果。方法 选取我院2011年10月至2015年10月收治的支气管哮喘患者80例作为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组，各40 例。对照组采用倍氯米松气雾剂和沙丁胺醇气 雾剂治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上联合使用氨茶碱注射液治疗。比较两组患者的临床效果。结果 观察组的总有效率为 90.00%，明显高于对照组的75.00%，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组的症状持续时间明显短于对照组，差异具有统计 学意义（P<0.05）。结论 吸入糖皮质激素联合氨茶碱治疗支气管哮喘临床疗效显著，可加快哮喘症状的缓解，缩短住院天数，不良反应少，安全可靠，可提高患者的生活质量。

Clinical effect of inhaled glucocorticoid combined with aminophylline in patients with bronchial asthma

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the clinical effect of inhaled glucocorticoid combined with aminophylline in patients with bronchial asthma. Methods A total of 80 cases of bronchial asthma patients in our hospital from October 2011 to October 2015 were selected as the research objects. All the patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with beclomethasone spray and albuterol aerosol, while the observation group was given aminophylline based on the control group. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.00%, which was higher than 75.00% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The clinical symptoms duration time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Inhaled glucocorticoid combined with aminophylline has remarkable clinical efficacy in patients with bronchial asthma. Which can speed up the remission of asthma symptoms and shorten the length of hospital stay, with less adverse reactions, high safety and reliability, it can improve the patients`` quality of life.
