丹红注射液对冠心病心绞痛患者血液流变学指标及心电图的影响

摘要：
目的 探讨丹红注射液对冠心病心绞痛患者血液流变学指标及心电图的影响。方法 选取我院2015年8月至2016年11月收治的冠心病心绞痛患者70例，随机分为对照组观察组，各35 例。对照组给予常规治疗，观察组在对照组基础上给予静脉注射丹红注射液。比较两组患者血液流变学指标和心电图疗效。结果 治疗后，观察组患者红细胞压积、纤维蛋白原、血浆比黏度、全血低切黏度及全血高切黏度水平均明显低于治疗前及对照组（P<0.05）。观察组患者的心电图总有效率为94.29%，明显高 于对照组的77.14%（P<0.05）。结论 丹红注射液能显著改善冠心病心绞痛患者血液流变学指标，提高心电图总有效率，疗效确切。

Effect of Danhong injection on hemorheology indexes and electrocardiogram in patients with coronary heart disease
and angina pectoris

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the effect of Danhong injection on hemorheology and electrocardiogram in patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris. Methods Seventy cases of patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris in our hospital from August 2015 to November 2016 were selected, and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 35 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional treatment, and the observation group was given Danhong injection by intravenous injection on the basis of the control group. The hemorheology indexes and ECG effects were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the levels of hematocrit, fibrinogen, plasma viscosity, whole blood viscosity (high and low shearing ) in the observation group were higher than those before treatment and the control group (P<0.05). The total effective rate of ECG in the observation group was 94.29%, which was significantly higher than 77.14% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Danhong injection can significantly improve the hemorheology indexes of patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris and improve the total effective rate of ECG, the curative effect is exact.
