针对性护理用于眼眶壁骨折围手术期的效果观察

摘要：

目的 探讨针对性护理用于眼眶壁骨折围手术期的临床效果。方法 回顾性分析2015年10月至2016年10月我院收治的204例眼眶壁骨折患者的临床资料，根据护理方式不同分为对照组和治疗组，每组102例。两组患者均施行眶壁骨折切开 复位术，对照组给予常规护理措施，治疗组在此基础上给予针对性护理干预措施，比较两组患者临床护理效果及护理满意 度。结果 治疗前，两组患者的SAS评分比较，无显著差异（P>0.05）；治疗后，两组患者的SAS评分均降低，且治疗组患者的 VAS和SAS评分均低于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗组和对照组的护理总满意率分别为95.10%和71.57%，组间比较，差异显著 （P<0.05）。结论 针对性护理用于眼眶壁骨折围手术期的临床效果显著，能够有效缓解患者手术期焦虑状态，减轻疼痛程度，值得推广应用。

Effect observation of targeted nursing on eyepit fracture in the perioperative period

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the clinical effect of targeted nursing on eyepit fracture in the perioperative period. Methods The clinical data of 204 patients with eyepit fracture in our hospital from October 2015 to October 2016 was retrospectively analyzed. The patients were divided into control group and treatment group according to the different nursing methods, with 102 cases in each group. The eyepit fracture reduction surgery was performed in the two groups, then the control group was given the routine care measures, on this basis, the treatment group received targeted nursing intervention. The clinical effects and nursing satisfaction were compered in the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in the SAS scores between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05); after treatment, the SAS scores of the two groups reduced, and the VAS and SAS scores of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the treatment group and the control group were 95.10% and 71.57% respectively, and the difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Targeted nursing has remarkable clinical effect on eyepit fracture in perioperative period, which can effectively alleviate the patients`` preoperative anxiety, it is worthy of popularization and application.
