针灸联合通络扶正汤在老年缺血性脑卒中偏瘫早期干预中的临床疗效

摘要：

目的 探讨针灸联合通络扶正汤在老年缺血性脑卒中偏瘫早期患者中的临床效果。方法 选取2014年7月至2016年7月我院收治的160例老年缺血性脑卒中偏瘫患者作为研究对象，随机分为研究组和对照组，每组80 例。对照组给予常规治疗和康复治疗，研究组在此基础上采用针灸联合通络扶正汤治疗。治疗4周后，比较两组临床效果、神经功能缺损评分和日常生活能力评分。结果 研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；治疗后，两组DNS评分均显著降低，且研究组评分低于对照组（P<0.05）；治疗后两组BI评分均升高，且研究组评分高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 在常规治疗和康 复治疗的基础上采用针灸联合通络扶正汤治疗老年缺血性脑卒中偏瘫具有良好的临床效果，可有效改善患者的临床症状、 神经功能缺损和日常生活能力，提高患者的生活质量，值得在临床上推广应用。

Clinical effect of acupuncture combined with Tongluo Fuzheng decoction in early hemiplegia intervention

in elderly patients with ischemicstroke

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with Tongluo Fuzheng decoction in the early hemiplegia intervention in elderly patients with ischemic stroke. Methods A total of 160 elderly patients with ischemic stroke in our hospital from July 2014 to July 2016 were enrolled in the study, and were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 80 cases in each group. The control group was given routine treatment and rehabilitation treatment, while the treatment group was given acupuncture combined with Fuzheng Tongluo decoction on the basis of the control group. After 4 weeks of treatment, the clinical efficacy, neurological defect scores and daily life ability scores of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the DNS scores of the two groups significantly decreased, that of the treatment group was lower than the control group (P<0.05); the BI scores of the two groups significantly increased, that of the treatment group was lower than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion On the basis of conventional treatment and rehabilitation therapy, acupuncture combined with Tongluo Fuzheng decoction has good clinical effect in the treatment of elderly patients with ischemic stroke and hemiplegia can effectively improve the clinical symptoms, neurological defect and daily living ability, it has high safety, which is worthy of clinical application.
