急性根尖周炎中不同根管消毒剂的应用效果比较

摘要：
目的 研究和比较急性根尖周炎中不同根管消毒剂的应用效果。方法 选取2015年1月至2016年1月来本科室就诊的120例急性根尖周炎患者，按照治疗先后顺序将其分成三组，分别是采用甲醛甲酚治疗的甲组、采用氢氧化钙糊剂治疗的乙 组、采用木榴油治疗的丙组，每组40例，观察三组患者治疗7 d 后的总有效率。结果 甲、乙、丙三组治疗总有效率分别是 85.00%、97.50%、65.00%，乙组治疗总有效率最高，三组比较差异明显（P<0.05）。结论 急性根尖周炎采用氢氧化钙糊剂治疗效果最佳，治疗总有效率高，具有极大的推广价值，应在临床中积极应用。

Effects comparison of different root canal disinfectants applied in acute apical periodontitis

ABSTRACT: Objective To study and compare the effects of different root canal disinfectants applied in acute apical periodontitis. Methods One hundred and twenty cases of patients with acute apical periodontitis in our department from January 2015 to January 2016 were divided into three groups (40 cases respectively) according to treatment sequence. The first group was treated with formocresol, the second group was treated with calcium hydroxide paste, and the third group was treated with wood pomegranate oil. The total effective rates of three groups at 7 days after treatment were observed. Results The total effective rates of the three groups were 85.00%, 97.50%, and 65.00% respectively, the second group had the highest total effective rate, and there were statistically significant differences among the three groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Using alcium hydroxide paste to treat acute apical periodontitis has the best result and high effective rate, which has a great promotion value.
