探讨I期根治术治疗肛周脓肿的临床效果

摘要：

目的 分析I 期根治术治疗肛周脓肿的临床效果。方法 研究对象为我院2014年1月至2017年3月收治的肛周脓肿患者80例，按照随机数字表法将患者分成对照组和试验组，每组各40例。对照组患者选择传统分期手术治疗，试验组患者则选择I 期根治术治疗，比较两组患者的临床效果。结果 试验组的肛瘘发生率、脓肿复发率显著低于对照组（P<0.05）；试验组创口愈合时间显著短于对照组（P<0.05）；两组患者手术时间和住院时间比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 在肛周脓肿患者进行治疗中，应用I 期根治术治疗能显著缩短疗程，降低肛瘘发生率和脓肿复发率，减轻患者痛苦，具有临床应用价值。

Clinical effect of one stage radical resection in the treatment of perianal abscess

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the clinical effect of one stage radical resection in the treatment of perianal abscess. Methods The study subjects were 80 patients with perianal abscess who treated in our hospital from January 2014 to March 2017. All the patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with traditional staging surgery, and the experimental group was treated with one stage radical resection. The clinical effect was compared between the two groups. Results The incidences of anal fistula and abscess recurrence in experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The wound healing time of the experimental group was significantly shorter than that of the control group (P<0.05). The operation time and hospitalization time in the two groups had no significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of perianal abscess, the one stage radical resection can significantly shorten the course of treatment, reduce the incidence of anal fistula and abscess recurrence, and alleviate the patients pain, which has clinical application value.
