腹膜前无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝的临床疗效

摘要：

目的 分析腹膜前无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝的临床疗效。方法 选取我院收治的腹股沟疝患者86 例，双盲法随机分组，各43例，对照组实施传统疝修补术，观察组实施腹膜前无张力疝修补术，比较两组的临床效果。结果 观察组术后VAS评分为（3.1±0.7）分，明显低于对照组的（6.7±1.2）分（P<0.05）；对照组术后并发症总发生率为23.3%，高于观察组的7.0%（P<0.05）；对照组随访1 年复发率为20.9%，高于观察组的4.7%（P<0.05）。结论 腹膜前无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝临床效果优良，可降低复发率，减少并发症，值得推广。

Clinical efficacy of preperitoneal tension-free hernia repair on inguinal hernia

ABSTRACT: Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of preperitioneal tension-free hernia repair on inguinal hernia. Methods The study subjects were 86 patients with inguinal hernia treated in our hospital from February 2015 to February 2016. The patients were randomly divided into two groups with double bind method, with 43 cases in each group. The control group was treated with traditional hernia repair, the observation group received retroperitoneal tension-free hernia repair. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results The VAS score of the observation group after operation was (3.1±0.7), which was significantly lower than (6.7±1.2) of the control group (P<0.05). The total incidence of postoperative complications of the control group was 23.3%, which was significantly higher than 7.0% of the observation group (P< 0.05). The recurrence rate was 20.9% in the control group, which was higher than 4.7% of the observation group (P<0.05). Conclusion Preperitioneal tension-free hernia repair has excellent effect on inguinal hernia, which can reduce the recurrence rate and complications, it is worthy promoting.
