64 排螺旋CT 在间质性肺疾病诊断中的应用价值研究

摘要：
目的 探讨64排螺旋CT在间质性肺疾病诊断中的临床应用价值。方法 回顾性分析我院90 例间质性肺病患者X线检查和64排螺旋CT影像学表现，比较64 排螺旋CT 与X 线检查的影像学表现阳性率。结果 64 排螺旋CT 检查诊断符合率为 97.78%，高于X 线检查的66.67%（P<0.05）；64 排螺旋CT检查影像学表现为磨砂玻璃样改变34 例、网格状影78 例、结节或小片状影60 例、混合影37例、蜂窝肺42 例，准确率分别为37.78%、86.67%、66.67%、41.11%和46.67%，明显高于X 线检查 各项指标的影像学表现准确率11.11%、38.89%、21.11%、10.00%、12.22%，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 64 排螺旋CT 在间质性肺疾病诊断中的影像学表现优于X 线检查，具有较高的诊断准确率，值得在临床上推广使用。

Study on the value of 64-row spiral CT in the diagnosis of interstitial pulmonary disease

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the clinical application value of 64-row spiral CT in diagnosis of interstitial lung disease (ILD). Methods The imaging findings of X-ray examination and 64-row spiral CT of 90 cases of patients with interstitial lung disease in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed, the positive rate of imaging performance of X-ray examination and 64-row spiral CT. Results The coincidence rate of 64-row spiral CT was 97.78%, which was higher than 66.67% of X-ray examination (P<0.05); imaging performance of 64-row spiral CT showed 34 cases of frosted glass-like changes, 78 cases of mesh-like, 60 cases of nodules or small pieces, 37 cases of mixed shadow, 42 cases of honeycomb, the accuracy rates of 64-row spiral CT were 37.78% , 86.67% , 66.67% , 41.11% and 46.67% respectively, which were higher than 11.11%, 38.89%, 21.11%, 10.00% and 12.22% of X -ray examination (P<0.05). Conclusion The imaging performance of 64-row spiral CT in the diagnosis of interstitial lung disease is better than that of the X-ray examination, with higher diagnostic accuracy, which is worth popularizing in clinic.
