针刺联合语言训练治疗小儿脑瘫语言障碍的临床疗效观察

摘要：

目的 对针刺联合语言训练治疗小儿脑瘫语言障碍的临床疗效进行研究。方法 选取我院2014年2月至2016年1月收治的60例脑瘫语言障碍患儿作为本次研究对象，按随机原则分为对照组与观察组，各30例。给予对照组患儿单一语言训练治疗，观察组患儿在对照组的基础上对实施针刺治疗。观察两组患儿治疗后的临床疗效。结果 观察组患儿的临床治疗总有效 率为83.33%，对照组患儿的总有效率为60.00%，观察组患儿的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组，组间比较，差异具有统计 学意义（P<0.05）。结论 针刺联合语言训练治疗小儿脑瘫语言障碍可有效改善患儿的语言障碍，效果显著，值得在临床中 推广实施。

Clinical effect observation of acupuncture combined with language training in the treatment of language disorders in children with cerebral palsy

ABSTRACT: Objective To study the clinical curative effect of acupuncture com bined with language training in the treatment of language disorders in children with cerebral palsy. Methods Sixty cases of children with language disorders and cerebral palsy in our hospital from February 2014 to January 2016 were selected as the subjects, and were randomly divided into control group and the observation group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was given single language training, and the observation group received acupuncture treatment on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy of the two groups after treatment was observed and compared. Results The total effective rate was 83.33% in the observation group and 60.00% in the control group. The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture combined with language training in children with cerebral palsy language disorder can significantly improve the language barrier of children, the effect is significant, it is worth popularizing in clinical practice
