家庭式康复训练在脑瘫患儿康复治疗中的应用研究

摘要：

目的 探讨家庭式康复训练对脑瘫患儿康复治疗的影响，为脑瘫患儿开展居家康复训练提供理论依据。方法 将我院收治的将196例脑瘫患儿随机分为观察组、对照组，各98例。对照组开展常规康复训练，观察组在对照组的基础上开展家庭式康复训练，干预时间为6个月。记录两组患儿生长发育情况，并评价干预前、后对两组患儿运动和智能发育情况。结果 观察组患儿经过家庭式康复训练后，其体重、身高和头围的增长幅度均显著高于对照组（P<0.05）；两组患儿干预后，其视觉追踪、抓握能力、上肢移动能力、手眼协调能力、操作能力和PDMS-2总分评分均明显高于该组患儿干预前，且干预前，观察组上述 各项指标评分均明显高于对照组（P<0.05）；两组患儿干预后，其MDI、PDI评分均明显高于其出院时，且观察组患儿上述两项评分均明显大于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 家庭式康复训练可有效促进脑瘫患儿体格和智力发育，促进患儿运动功能的改善，提高患儿的生活质量。

Application of family rehabilitative training in rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the effect of family rehabilitative training on rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy and supply theoretic basis for family rehabilitative training. Methods One hundreds and ninety -six children with cerebral palsy in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 98 cases in each group. The control group was given routine rehabilitation training, and the observation group was given family-style rehabilitative training on the basis of control group, with the intervention time of 6 months. The condition of growth and development were recorded in the two groups and the exercise and intelligence development of the two groups were evaluated. Results After the family rehabilitative training, the growth amplitude of weight, height and head circumference of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05); after intervention, the visual tracking, grasping ability, upper limb movement ability, hand-eye coordination, operation ability and total score of PDMS-2 were significantly higher than those of the children before intervention (P<0.05), and those scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group. After intervention, the scores of MDI and PDI were significantly higher than those before intervention, and the two scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Family rehabilitative training can effectively promote the growth and intelligent and exercise development of children with cerebral palsy, and improve quality of life.
