舒适护理在急性肠梗阻患者手术室护理中的应用分析

摘要：

目的 探讨舒适护理在急性肠梗阻患者手术室护理中的应用效果。方法 收集我院2014年5月至2016年9月收治的急性肠梗阻患者80例作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，每组40例，对照组给予常规护理，观察组在对照组的基础上给予舒适护理，比较两组患者的临床效果及护理满意度。结果 观察组患者手术成功率（97.5%）和对照组患者手术成功率（87.5%）无显著性差异（P>0.05），观察组患者住院时间为（11.97±1.74）d，短于对照组患者的（14.72±1.67）d，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；经过护理干预，观察组的护理满意度为95.0%，明显高于对照组的80.0%，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 舒适护理在急性肠梗阻患者手术室护理中的应用效果显著，提高了急性肠梗阻患者的手术成功率，提高了患者满意度，缩短了住院时间，此护理模式可在临床推广使用。

Application analysis of comfortable nursing on acute intestinal obstruction patients in operating room

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the application effect of comfortable nursing on patients with acute intestinal obstruction (AIO) in operating room. Methods A total of 80 patients hospitalized with AIO from May 2014 to September 2016 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with each of 40 cases. Patients in the control group were given routine nursing, and patients in the experimental group were given comfortable nursing except for routine nursing. Clinical effects and satisfaction in the two groups were investigated and compared. Results Surgery operation was successful for 39 cases (97.5%) in the experimental group while 35 cases (87.5%) in the control group, there was no significant difference (P>0.05). The length of patient stay of the experimental group was (11.9±1.4) d, which was significantly shorter than that of the control group [(14.2±1.7) d], as well as the satisfaction rate was 95.0% in the experimental group, which was significanty higher than 80.0% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Comfortable nursing has the advantages that higher operation success and satisfaction rate, shorter length of stay of patients in operating room, which could be widely applied in clinical practice.
