双胎妊娠第二胎延迟分娩临床分析及护理对策分析

摘要：
目的 分析双胎妊娠第二胎延迟分娩情况及护理对策。方法 将本院2014年6月至2016年11月收治的5例双胎妊娠中第二胎延迟分娩产妇作为研究对象，对其围产期实施全面性的护理干预。观察分娩结局、母婴并发症及产妇不同阶段的心 理状态。结果 5例产妇均经阴道自然分娩出第二胎，保胎成功率为100.00%；1例发生产后出血（20.00%），1 例发生新生儿窒息（20.00%），经及时救治后均恢复正常且健康出院；产妇第二胎娩出后的精神性焦虑评分、躯体性焦虑评分、HAMA总分均低于入院时（P<0.05）。结论 双胎妊娠中第二胎延迟分娩发生率不高，采取正确的保胎措施和全面性的护理干预可顺利娩出 第二胎。

Clinical analysis and nursing strategies of delayed delivery of the second child in twin pregnancy

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the delayed delivery of the second child in twin pregnancy and the nursing strategies. Methods Five cases of twin pregnancy maternal with the second child delayed delivery in our hospital from June 2014 to November 2016 were selected as research objects, and given comprehensive nursing intervention in perinatal period. The outcome of childbirth, maternal and child complications and maternal mental state at different stages were observed. Results All of maternal spontaneous vaginal deliveried the second child, the success rate of childbirth was 100.00%. There was one case of postpartum hemorrhage (20.00%), and 1 case of neonatal asphyxia (20.00%). After the second child was born, the mental anxiety score of maternal, somatosensory anxiety score and HAMA score were significantly lower than those at admission (P<0.05). Conclusion The incidence of delayed delivery of second child in twin pregnancy is not high, the applicantion of correct miscarriage measures and comprehensive nursing intervention can conductive successful delivering the second child.
