养心安眠胶囊与阿普唑仑片联合治疗神经性耳鸣的疗效观察

摘要：

目的 探究养心安眠胶囊与阿普唑仑片联合治疗神经性耳鸣的疗效。方法 选取2011年1月至2016年1月来本科室就诊的75例神经性耳鸣的患者，按照治疗的先后顺序将其分成采用阿普唑仑片治疗的对照组（37例）和采用养心安眠胶囊与 阿普唑仑片联合治疗的观察组（38例）。观察两组患者治疗效果，治疗前、后的临床症状变化情况及药物副作用的发生情况。结果 观察组患者治疗总有效率明显高于对照组患者（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组患者的耳鸣持续时间、睡眠和生活工作影响积分 均显著改善，且观察组上述指标均优于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组药物副作用总发生率为5.26%（2/38），明显低于对照组的 32.43%（12/37）（χ2=9.1147，P<0.05）。结论 神经性耳鸣患者采用养心安眠胶囊与阿普唑仑片联合治疗不仅能够有效减少神 经性耳鸣的持续时间、减少对睡眠和工作的影响，还能够降低药物副作用的发生率，应大力推广。

Therapeutic effect observation of Yangxin Anmian capsule combined with alprazolam on nervous tinnitus

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the curative effect of Yangxin Anmian capsule combined with alprazolam on nervous tinnitus. Methods Seventy-five patients with nervous tinnitus who were treated in our department from January 2011 to January 2016 were divided into control group (38 cases) treated with alprazolam, and observation group (37 cases) treated with Yangxin Anmian capsule combined with alprazolam according to the order of treatment. The treatment effects, clinical symptoms changes before and after treatment and the occurrence of drug side effects were observed in the two groups. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the tinnitus duration time, sleep and life work scores significantly improved in both groups, and those of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05). The overall incidence of drug side effects was 5.26% (2/38) in the observation group, which was significantly lower than 32.43% (12/37) of the control group ( χ2=9.1147, P<0.05). Conclusion Yangxin Anmian capsule combined with alprazolam on nervous tinnitus can effectively reduce the tinnitus duration time and the influence to sleep and work, and decrease the incidence of drug side effects, it should be vigorously promoted.
