青光眼白内障经联合手术治疗的临床观察

摘要：

目的 探讨青光眼白内障经联合手术治疗的临床效果。方法 选取2014年6月至2016年6月在我院治疗的84例青光眼白内障患者，均为单眼患病，按照治疗方法分为观察组与对照组，每组42 例。对照组采用单纯小梁切除术，观察组采用联 合手术（小梁切除术、人工晶体植入、巩膜瓣下隧道式小切口白内障囊外摘除），分析比较两组手术效果。结果 手术后，两组 视力、前房角、眼压优于治疗前（P<0.05），观察组视力、前房角、眼压、散光优于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组患者治疗总有效率为 95.24%，明显高于对照组的76.19%（P<0.05）。结论 青光眼白内障经联合手术治疗的临床效果显著，提高了治愈率，值得推广 应用。

Clinical observation of combined surgical treatment on glaucoma cataract

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the clinical effect of combined surgical treatment on glaucoma cataract. Methods Eighty-four cases of patients with glaucoma cataract admitted in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2016 were enrolled as research objects. All the patients were monocular sicken, and divided into observation group and control group according to the treatment methods, with 42 cases in each group. The control group was treated with simple trabeculectomy, while the observation group used combined surgery (trabecular resection, artificial lens implantation and under the sclera flap tunnel small incision cataract extracapsular extraction), the surgery effects were compared between the two groups. Results After surgery, the visual acuity, anteroposterior angle and intraocular pressure in the two groups were superior to those before treatment (P<0.05); and the visual acuity, anteroposterior angle, intraocular pressure and astigmatism in the observation group were superior to those in the control group (P<0.05); the total effective rate of the observation group was 95.24%, which was significantly higher than 76.19% of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Combined surgical treatment applied in patients with glaucoma cataracts has remarkable effect, and it can improve cure rate, which is worthy of clinical application.
