氯沙坦钾片联合非洛地平缓释片治疗糖尿病合并高血压老年患者的疗效

摘要：

目的 探讨氯沙坦钾片联合非洛地平缓释片治疗糖尿病合并高血压老年患者的疗效与安全性。方法 选取我院收治的 80例糖尿病合并高血压的老年患者，按照治疗方法将其分为参照组与研究组。参照组（39例）患者给予氯沙坦钾片治疗，研究组（41例）患者在此基础上联合非洛地平缓释片进行治疗。比较两组患者的临床治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果 治疗后，两组患者的收缩压与舒张压均明显低于治疗前，且研究组低于参照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；治疗后，两组患者 的尿白蛋白排泄率均降低，且研究组低于参照组（P<0.05）；研究组的治疗总有效率显著高于参照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；研究组的不良反应发生率显著低于参照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 对糖尿病合并高血压老年患者采 用氯沙坦钾片联合非洛地平缓释片治疗可取得良好的效果，不仅能有效降低患者血压，同时还能减少对患者器官的损伤，不良反应少，值得推广。

Clinical efficacy of losartan potassium combined with felodipine sustained-release tablets in the treatment

of elderly patients with diabetes mellitus and hypertension

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of losartan potassium combined with felodipine sustained-release tablets in the treatment of elderly patients with diabetes mellitus and hypertension. Methods Eighty cases of elderly patients with diabetes and hypertension in our hospital were selected, and divided into control group and research group according to the treatment methods. The control group (39 cases) received losartan potassium treatment, while the research group (41 cases) accepted felodipine sustained-release tablets on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy and adverse reaction of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the systolic and diastolic blood pressure of patients in the two groups significantly decreased, and those in the research group were lower than the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the urinary albumin excretion rates reduced in both groups, and that in the research group was lower than the control group (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the research group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the research group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Losartan potassium combined with felodipine sustained-release tablets in the treatment of elderly patients with diabetes mellitus and hypertension have a good clinical efficacy, can effectively reduce the patient``s blood pressure and damage to organs, has few adverse reactions, which is worthy of promotion.
