丹参酮ⅡA 磺酸钠治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效及对患者血流动力学的影响

摘要：

目的 探究丹参酮域A 磺酸钠治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效及对患者血流动力学的影响。方法 冠心病心绞痛患者80例，根据治疗方式不同分为观察组和对照组，每组40例。对照组口服硫酸氢氯吡格雷片治疗，在此基础上观察组给予丹参酮 ⅡA磺酸钠静脉滴注治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、血流动力学、心绞痛持续时间和发作次数。结果 治疗前，两组患者的 心绞痛持续时间、发作次数、血流动力学各项指标比较，差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）；治疗后，两组患者的心绞痛持续时间、发作次数、全血比黏度高切、血浆比黏度、血小板黏附率均较治疗前显著降低，且观察组患者均明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组患者的治疗总有效率为95.00%，显著高于对照组的77.50%（P<0.05）。结论 对冠心病心绞痛患者采用丹参酮Ⅱ A 磺酸钠治疗，能有效改善患者的血流动力学、心功能，提高临床疗效，值得临床应用与推广。

Effect of tanshinoneⅡA sodium sulfonate on hemodynamics in patients with angina of coronary heart disease

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the effect of tanshinoneⅡ A sodium sulfonate on hemodynamics in patients with angina of coronary heart disease (CHD). Methods Eighty cases of patients with angina of CHD were divided into control group and observation group by treatment methods, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with clopidogrel bisulfate tablets. On this basis, the observation group was treated with intravenous infusion of tanshinone IIA sodium sulfonate. The hemodynamics, cardiac function and clinical efficacy of two groups were compared. Results Before treatment, there was no significant difference in the duration of angina, the frequency of angina and the hemodynamic indexes between the two groups (P>0.05); after treatment, the attack duration and frequency of angina, the whole blood viscosity at high shear, ratio of plasma viscosity and platelet adhesion rate of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P<0.05), and those of the observation group were significantly lower than control group(P<0.05). The curative effective rate of observation group was 95.00%, which significantly higher than 77.50% of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion TanshinoneⅡA sodium sulfonate can effectively improve hemodynamics and cardiac function of patients with angina of CHD, increase clinical efficacy, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
