舒适护理对骨折患者术后疼痛的影响

摘要：

目的 探讨舒适护理对骨折患者术后疼痛的影响。方法 选取2015年10月至2016年11月我院收治的骨折患者86例为研究对象，将所有患者随机分为护理组与对照组，各43例。对照组患者给予常规护理，护理组患者实施舒适护理。采用焦虑自评量表（SAS）及视觉模拟评分法（VAS）对两组患者焦虑及疼痛程度进行评估，比较两组患者的护理满意度。结果 护理 后，两组患者SAS及VAS评分明显低于护理前，且护理组SAS及VAS评分明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。护理组患者护理满意 度为95.35%，明显高于对照组的72.10%（P<0.05）。结论 舒适护理应用于骨折患者护理中，能够有效消除患者的焦虑心理，缓解疼痛，提高患者的护理满意度，具有较高的临床推广价值。

Effect of comfortable nursing on postoperative pain in patients with fractures

ABSTRACT: Objective To study the effect of comfortable nursing on postoperative pain in fracture patients. Methods Eighty-six cases of patients with fracture admitted in our hospital from October 2015 to November 2016 were selected as the study objects, and they were randomly divided into nursing group and control group, with 43 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the nursing group was given comfortable nursing. The anxiety scale (SAS) and visual analogue scale (VAS) were used to evaluate the degree of anxiety and pain of the two groups, and the nursing satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the SAS and VAS scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before nursing, and those of the nursing group were significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction rate of nursing group was 95.35%, which was significantly higher than 72.10% of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Comfortable nursing applied in patients with fracture can effectively eliminate the anxiety, alleviate the degree of pain, and improve nursing satisfaction, which has a high clinical value.
