急性脑梗死患者中急诊护理流程的应用价值探析

摘要：
目的 探析急性脑梗死中应用急诊护理流程的价值。方法 将本院收治的100 例急性脑梗死患者作为本次研究对象，按 照1∶1 比例分为两组，对照组50例予以常规护理，观察组50 例则予以急诊护理流程。对比两组患者实施不同护理后的治疗 效果。结果 观察组分诊时间、转诊时间、健康知识评分、病情稳定率以及护理满意度评分（心理护理、健康教育、服务态度以 及治疗性护理）与对照组相比，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 急性脑梗死患者接受急诊护理流程，可显著提高抢救治疗 效果，值得广泛应用于临床中。

Application value of emergency care process in patients with acute cerebral infarction

ABSTRACT：Objective To explore and analyze the value of the application of emergency nursing process in acute cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 100 patients with acute cerebral infarction treated in our hospital were selected as the research objects, which were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to the proportion of 1:1. Fifty cases in the control group were given routine nursing, and 50 cases in the observation group were given emergency nursing process. The therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups. Results The triage time, referral time, health knowledge scores, the illness stability factor and nursing satisfaction score (psychological nursing, health education, service attitude and therapeutic nursing) of the observation group were statistically significant better than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The emergency nursing process of acute cerebral infarction can significantly improve the curative effect of salvage treatment, and is worthy of being widely applied in clinic.
