中西医结合疗法在糖尿病神经源性膀胱病治疗中的应用效果

摘要：

目的 探讨中西医结合治疗糖尿病神经源性膀胱病的临床效果。方法 选取我院2016年1月至2017年1月收治的90例糖尿病神经源性膀胱病患者作为研究对象，经抽签方式分为对照组和观察组，各45例。对照组患者接受临床常规西医药物治疗，研究组患者在常规西医治疗基础上加用祛瘀通利汤（自拟）。记录两组患者临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果 两组患者均完成相应药物治疗，研究组患者的临床治疗总有效率显著高于对照组（91.11% vs. 73.33%） （P<0.05）。研究组患者治疗过程中不良反应（药物相关）总发生率为20.00%，虽略高于对照组的11.11%，但差异没有统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 经常规治疗糖尿病神经源性膀胱病时加用中医相应方法可显著提高患者疗效，且联合治疗并未影响使用安全性。

Effect of combination therapy of traditional Chinese and western medicine on diabetic neurogenic bladder

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the clinical effect of combination therapy of traditional Chinese and western medicine on diabetic neurogenic bladder. Methods From January 2016 to January 2017, 90 patients with diabetic neurogenic bladder were selected as the study subjects, which were grouped into control group and study group, with 45 cases in each group. The control group received clinical routine western medicine, while the study group received Quyu Tongli decoction on the basis of the routine western medicine. The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were recorded in both groups. Results Corresponding drug treatment in the two groups were completed, and the total effective rate in the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group (91.11% vs. 73.33%) (P<0.05). The overall incidence of adverse reactions (drug-related) in the study group was 20.00%, which was slightly higher than 11.11% of the control group, but the difference was not significant (P>0.05). Conclusion Combination therapy of traditional Chinese and western medicine can improve the efficacy of diabetic neurogenic bladder, and does not affect the use safety.
