中药安肠宁腑汤应用于腹泻型肠易激综合征中的效果及对炎症因子的改善作用

摘要：

目的 探讨中药安肠宁腑汤治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征（IBS-D）的效果及对炎症因子的改善作用。方法 选取2016年2月至2017年2月于我院进行治疗的120例IBS-D患者作为研究对象，以随机数字表法将其分为对照组与研究组，各60例。 两组均采取对症治疗与氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗，研究组在此基础上应用安肠宁腑汤治疗。观察对比两组临床疗效、治疗前后IL-6、IL-8 及IL-10水平及药物不良反应发生情况。结果 研究组患者治疗总有效率为96.67%，高于对照组83.33%（P<0.05）。治疗后4周，两组患者的IL-6、IL-8 水平降低，IL-10水平升高，且研究组上述指标各水平均优于对照组（P<0.05）。研究组药物不良反应总发生率为8.33%，与对照组11.67%比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 中药安肠宁腑汤治疗IBS-D 效果确切，可以进一步改善机体炎症因子水平，适于临床应用。

Effect of traditional Chinese medicine Anchang Ningfu decoction on diarrhea-valuableinant pattern irritable bowel syndrome and its improvement on inflammatory factor

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine Anchang Ningfu decoction on diarrhea-valuableinant pattern irritable bowel syndrome (IBS -D) and its improvement on inflammatory factor. Methods From February 2016 to February 2017, 120 cases of IBS-D in our hospital were selected as the research objects, which were grouped into control group and study group according to the random table method, with 60 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with symptomatic treatment and haloperidazole tromethamine tablets, on this basis, the study group was treated with Anchang Ningfu decoction. The treatment effects, levels of IL-6, IL-8 and IL-10 before and after treatment and the adverse reactions were observed in the two groups. Results The total effective rate was 96.67% in the study group, which was higher than 83.33% of the control group (P<0.05). At 4 weeks after treatment, the levels of IL-6 and IL-8 in the two groups decreased and IL-10 increased, and those of the study group were better than the control group (P<0.05). The overall incidence of adverse drug reactions in the study group was 8.33%, compared with 11.67% in the control group, the difference was not significant (P>0.05). Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine Anchang Ningfu decoction has remarkable effect on IBS-D, which can further improve the levels of inflammatory factors, it is suitable for clinical applications.
