盐酸米诺环素软膏与替硝唑片联合辅助根管治疗牙周—牙髓联合病变的临床效果

摘要：

目的 分析盐酸米诺环素软膏与替硝唑片联合辅助根管治疗牙周—牙髓联合病变的临床效果。方法 回顾性分析我院2015年6月至2016年6月收治的84例牙周—牙髓联合病变患者的临床资料，根据双盲法将其分为研究组（42例）与对照组（42例）。两组患者均给予常规治疗，对照组基于常规治疗给予替硝唑治疗，研究组基于常规治疗给予盐酸米诺环素软膏与替硝 唑片联合治疗；对比两组治疗效果。结果 与对照组比较，研究组的治疗总有效率、临床指标变化情况明显更优，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；两组不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 盐酸米诺环素软膏与替硝唑片联合辅助根管 治疗牙周—牙髓联合病变的临床效果十分显著，值得在临床治疗工作中推广运用。

Clinical effect of minocycline hydrochloride ointment and tinidazole tablets combined with root canal

in the treatment of periodontal-pulpal lesions

ABSTRACT: Objective To study the clinical effect of minocycline hydrochloride and tinidazole tablets combined with root canal therapy in periodontal-pulp lesions. Methods The clinical data of 84 cases of periodontal-pulp joint lesions patients udmitted in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 were retrospectwely analyzed. According to the double blind method, the patients were divided into research group (42 cases) and control group (42 cases). Two groups of patients were given routine therapy, the control group was given tinidazole tablets based on routine treatment. The research group was given minocycline hydrochloride ointment and tinidazole tablets combination therapy based on routire treatment. And the treatment effects of the two groups were compared. Results In comparison with control group, the total effective rate of the study group and the change of the clinical index were obviously better, the differences were statistically significant (P< 0.05); there was no significant difference in the adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Minocycline hydrochloride ointment and tinidazole tablets combined with root canal treatment of periodontal-pulp associated lesions has very significant clinical value, it is worthy of promotion in clinical treatment.
