围手术期护理干预用于阑尾炎手术护理中的价值

摘要：

目的 观察围手术期护理干预用于阑尾炎手术护理中的价值。方法 随机选取本院2014年1月至2016年1月收治的阑尾炎手术患者100例作为研究对象，根据不同护理方法分为对照组和观察组，每组50例。对照组实施常规护理，观察组实施围手术期护理干预，比较两组患者的护理效果。结果 观察组的下床活动时间、术后排气时间、体温恢复时间、腹痛缓解时间及住院时间均明显短于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。术后观察组的并发症总发生率明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组患者的护理满意度评分明显高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 对阑尾炎患者积极采取围手术期护理干预，能够显著提升手术效果，降低并发症，提高患者的满意程度，值得临床推广。

Application value of perioperative nursing intervention in operation nursing of appendicitis

ABSTRACT: Objective To observe the application value of perioperative nursing intervention in operation nursing of appendicitis. Methods One hundred cases of appendicitis surgery patients in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 were randomly selected as the study objects, and according to different nursing methods, they were divided into control group and observation group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, while the observa tion group received perioperative nursing intervention. The nursing effects between the two groups were compared. Results The ambulation time, postoperative exhaust time, temperature recovery time, abdominal pain relief time and hospital stay in the observation group were obviously shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05). The total postoperative complication rate of the observation group was obviously lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction score of the observation group was obviously higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The positive perioperative nursing intervention for patients with appendicitis can significantly improve the operation effect, reduce complications, improve the patients’satisfaction. It is worth promoting in clinic.
