子宫切除术围术期混合性阴道感染的护理体会

摘要：

目的 探讨优质护理在子宫切除术围术期混合性阴道感染中的临床效果。方法 以我院妇科2015年12月至2016年7月收治的行子宫切除术且发生混合性阴道感染的62例患者为研究对象，将其随机分为研究组（n=31）和对照组（n=31），对照组患者采用常规护理，研究组患者在对照组基础上加用优质护理，探讨两组患者的临床护理效果。结果 研究组治疗总有效率为96.77%，显著优于对照组的74.19%（P<0.05）。研究组息肉发生1例，治疗时间为（2.26±0.63）d，患者护理满意度为 100.00%。对照组息肉发生4例，治疗时间为（4.92±0.46）d，患者护理满意度为67.74%。研究组患者的治疗时间及患者满意度优于对照组（P<0.05）；两组患者的息肉发生率比较，差异不显著（P>0.05）。结论 在子宫切除围术期混合性阴道感染中采用优质护理，能有效提高病情治疗效果、改善患者救护体验，值得临床推广。

Nursing experience of mixed vaginal infection during perioperative period of hysterectomy

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the clinical effect of high-quality care in perioperative mixed vaginal infection during hysterectomy. Methods A total of 62 cases of patients with mixed vaginal infection underwent hysterectomy admitted in the gynecology of our hospital from December 2015 to July 2016 were selected and randomly divided into study group (n=31) and control group (n=31). The control group accepted routine care, while the study group received high-quality care on the basis of the control group, the clinical nursing effects of the two groups were explored. Results The total effective rate was 96.77% in the study group, which was higher than 74.19% in the control group (P<0.05). In the study group, there was 1 case of polyp, the treatment time was (2.26±0.63) d, the patients`` nursing satisfaction was 100.00%, which was 4 cases, (4.92±0.46) d, 67.74% in the control group; the treatment time and patients`` nursing satisfaction in the study group were better than those in the control group (P<0.05). The polyp incidences of the two groups were not significantly different (P>0.05). Conclusion The adoption of high-quality care in the perioperative mixed vaginal infection can effectively improve the treatment effect, and improve the patients`` rescue experience, it``s worthy of clinical promotion.
