护理质量敏感指标在普外科优质护理持续改进中的应用效果分析

摘要：

目的 研究护理质量敏感指标对于普外科优质护理工作改进的应用效果。方法 选取2015年2月至2016年3月在我院普外科就诊的患者300例，随机将其分为试验组和对照组，各150 例。两组患者均采取优质护理方法，在此基础上，对照组进 行常规质量控制，而试验组依据护理质量敏感指标改进护理状况，观察并比较两组护理质量评分、患者的护理满意度与护理缺陷、不良事件发生情况。结果 护理前，两组护理质量评分比较，无统计学差异（P>0.05）；护理后，两组护理质量评分与护理满意度均高于护理前，且试验组高于对照组（P<0.05）；两组不良事件与护理缺陷发生率均低于护理前，且试验组低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 使用护理质量敏感指标对普外科实施优质护理工作的改进效果显著，能够增强护理工作者的专业技能和职业素养，提高患者的护理满意度，减少不良事件，值得广泛应用。

Application effect analysis of nursing-sensitive quality indicators in continuous improvement of high quality

nursing in the department of general surgery

ABSTRACT: Objective To study the application effect of nursing -sensitive quality indicators in continuous improvement of high quality nursing in department of general surgery. Methods From February 2015 to March 2016, 300 cases of patients in general surgery department of our hospital were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 150 cases in each group. Both groups were given high quality nursing, on this basis, the control group was given traditional quality control, while the experimental group was given continous improved high quality nursing according to nursing -sensitive quality indicators. The nursing quality scores, nursing satisfaction of patients and occurrence of adverse events and nursing defects in the two groups were compared. Results Before nursing, there was no significant difference in the nursing quality scores between the two groups (P>0.05). After nursing, the nursing quality scores and nursing satisfaction of patients in the two groups increased, and those in the experimental group were higher than control group (P<0.05); the incidence of adverse events and nursing defects in the two groups reduced, and those of the experimental group were lower than control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The nursing-sensitive quality indicators in continuous improvement of general surgery quality nursing has excellent effects, which can enhance the professional skills and professionalism of nursing workers, improve nursing satisfaction of patients and reduce adverse events, it is worthy of application.
