整体化护理应用于骨外科患者的临床效果分析

摘要：

目的 分析整体化护理应用于骨外科患者中的临床效果。方法 回顾性分析我院2015年6月至2016年6月收治的68例骨外科患者的临床资料，根据双盲法将其分为研究组（34例）与对照组（34例）。对照组患者给予常规护理，研究组患者给予整体化护理，对比两组患者的护理满意度、焦虑与抑郁状况及术后并发症发生率。结果 研究组患者的护理满意度明显高于对照组（P<0.05）；研究组患者治疗后的SAS、SDS评分低于对照组（P<0.05）；与对照组比较，研究组患者伤口疼痛、术后感染发生率明显更低（P<0.05）。结论整体化护理应用于骨外科患者中的临床效果十分显著，值得在临床护理工作中推广运用。

Clinical effect analysis of holistic nursing in patients with orthopedic surgery

ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the clinical effect of holistic nursing in patients with orthopedic surgery. Methods The clinical data of 68 patients with orthopedic surgery in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 was retrospectively analyzed, according to the double blind method the patients were divided into study group (34 cases) and control group (34 cases). The control group was given conventional nursing, and the study group was given holistic nursing care. The nursing satisfaction, anxiety and depression, incidence rate of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. Results The satisfaction rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05); the scores of SAS and SDS in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05); compared with the control group, the study group had significantly lower incidence rates of wound pain, postoperative infection (P<0.05). Conclusion The holistic nursing applied in patients with orthopedic surgery has remarkable clinical effect, which is worth promoting in the clinical nursing work.
